All consignment items are unique and owned by individual consignors, therefore we are not able to accept returns on any of these items purchased from us, these sales are final.
However, if you discover concealed damage on new custom order furniture, you have 3 days to report it. Just call (613)746-5004. Total Home Consignment will repair free of charge. If the item cannot be repaired, you will be offered an exact replacement at no extra charge. A reselection will be offered if no replacement is available. Please note, with natural products such as wood or leather, some imperfections can be expected and are not considered a defect. Sales are not made on an approval basis and are considered final.
